Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience working with toddlers and preschoolers.
• Strong organization, communication, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers and assistant teachers to lead classroom sessions.
• Support classroom staff on routines, activities, curriculum and transitions to ensure health and safety of children.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment appropriate to developmental needs and interests.
• Ensure the safety of all children by actively supervising the children by sight and sound.
• Communicate effectively with classroom staff and direct supervisor on all matters related to the children.
• Other duties within the scope of the position as requested by supervisor to fulfill job responsibilities
