Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a part-time doula to provide continuous labor support and postpartum assistance in collaboration with the birthing team. You will help with comfort measures, advocacy, and aftercare learning alongside nurses and midwives.

A doula is a non-clinical companion who supports an individual through labor, birth, and the postpartum period. Doulas are trained to provide continuous, individualized care as well as physical and emotional support to birthing people and their families. In close collaboration with the birthing team (midwives, nurses, and physicians) doulas work to offer safe, high quality and culturally sensitive care to all patients giving birth at SPHP at every stage of their labor, birth/postpartum process. Pay Range: $16.20- $23.50 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
