Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management seeks a licensed Pharmacist for a part-time, per-diem position at our Staten Island dispensary. The Pharmacist will lead a patient-centric team and ensure strict policy compliance with state and local laws while supporting daily dispensary operations.

You will balance cash and inventory, support patient services on the sales floor, audit intake forms, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate records under Retail Operations guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist.
• Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment.
• 2-5 years in a retail environment managing a team.
• Knowledge of local and state laws pertaining to medical marijuana.
• Experience with Excel, POS, and inventory management systems.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Daily balancing of cash and product inventory and training management on reconciliation.
• Observing and participating in patient services on sales floor and monitoring staff productivity.
• Auditing and maintaining current information in the Communications Binder.
• Auditing patient intake forms for accuracy and completion.
• Maintaining compliance with local and state regulations.
• Preparing weekly staff schedules to ensure proper floor coverage.
• General office duties and correspondence using email.
• Maintaining all Dispensary policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback on inventory levels and sales to Retail Operations weekly.
• Monitor daily time and attendance and approve time-off requests.
