Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our dining services. This per diem role covers 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, in Calabasas, CA.

You will sanitize and clean the kitchen, operate the dish machine, and ensure equipment, dishes and utensils are ready for use, while delivering friendly, patient service to residents. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced setting, communicates in English, and upholds health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow instruction for daily assignments.
• Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial food operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining appliances.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment.
• Assist with stocking following food deliveries.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction.
