RHD Boston is hiring Direct Support Professionals for per diem, part-time roles across Greater Boston and nearby towns. Earn $18.50/hour, or $21.20/hour with MAP certification, in a supportive, flexible environment designed to promote work-life balance.

Relief pool positions at West Roxbury, Hyde Park, Roslindale, Waltham and Arlington offer care for adults with developmental disabilities, with a focus on safety, community integration and individualized goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• MAP certificate required or obtainable to safely administer and dispense medication.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Basic computer and internet literacy with email/time recording software.
• Prior experience in the human services field preferred.
• Subject to FBI clearance and other employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of individuals in accordance with the person-centered ISP and support ISP outcomes.
• Complete required documentation.
• Provide transportation to consumers.
• Support activities of daily living and community integration, including medical appointments and social services access.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and implement residentially based interventions.
• Uphold the organization’s values in daily duties.
