AHRC New York City is seeking Per-Diem Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to staff homes across the Five Boroughs. Pay is $20 per hour, depending on driving status and training experience.

Per-Diem schedules range from 8 to 40 hours per week, with weekend shifts common and many roles including evenings 3pm–11pm or overnight 11pm–9am. Duties include assisting with Activities of Daily Living, promoting safety and skill development, and supporting participation and advocacy for people with I/DD in

Qualifications

• Experience with the I/DD population is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to support community participation and rights.
• Able to provide daily living assistance and safety oversight.
