Job summary

Benhaven, Inc. is looking for Per Diem Direct Support Professionals to provide care and support for individuals with disabilities in a home-like environment on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the safety of individuals.

Applicants should possess a high school diploma and preferably have prior experience working with developmental disabilities. The position offers competitive pay of $20-22/hour and various employee incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a criminal & driver's background check.
• Valid CT driver's license, current registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living like personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Document daily progress and any incidents or concerns.
