Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal & driver's background check.
• Valid CT driver's license, current registration, and auto insurance.
• CPR & PMT certified preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities like personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Implement individualized support plans.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Document daily progress in individual files.
