Brightway Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for adult residential services on a per-diem basis in New York. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help clients connect with their communities.

A valid NYS driver’s license for 18+ months with a clean driving history is required; new hires not meeting this may start at $19.00/hour. Full-time options include $21.00–$23.10/hour with comprehensive benefits.

The Role

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway’s Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.

Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour
