Job summary

The GreenFields Continuing Care Community is seeking a dedicated Wait Staff member to help provide a welcoming dining experience for residents. You will take meal orders, describe menu items, plate and deliver meals, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

Per diem role with shifts from 4:00pm to 7:30pm, including weekends. The position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and compassionate service to residents, with opportunities for benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to provide friendly, courteous, and compassionate service to residents.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are appetizing and meet serving standards.
• Take and fulfill resident meal selections accurately.
• Deliver meals promptly to residents.
• Maintain dining areas, dish rooms, and cleaning schedules.
• Follow dress code, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Support coworkers to ensure efficient meal service.
