Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.
• Previous experience preferred. Knowledge of proper food handling and storage required.
• Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler’s Safety Training Card.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate recording of patient diets in patient Kardex and updating changes as necessary to ensure quality service to patient for optimum health.
