Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Foodservice experience, or equivalent nutrition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items and patient meal trays accurately based on diet order and patient tickets.
• Uses proper techniques to ensure food safety, including hand hygiene, gloves, temperature monitoring and sanitizing.
• Stocks trayline, prep areas and nourishment rooms per procedures.
