Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a CT/Diagnostic Technologist for per diem day shifts. You will perform diagnostic CT and radiologic imaging under physician direction, ensuring high quality images and patient safety while adhering to PHI and HIPAA guidelines.

Minimum qualifications include RT(CT) certification, 1 year radiologic tech experience, and 1 year CT experience. BLS/ACLS readiness is preferred; travel to multiple LVHN campuses may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiography program or equivalent with RT(CT) certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Radiologic Technologist and 1 year CT technologist.
• Ability to provide proper patient care and perform imaging on all ages.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging procedures and operates CT/radiology equipment safely and properly.
• Reviews images and ensures radiation safety and quality standards.
• Communicates with patients and documents exam details in PACS.
• Prepares patients by reviewing charts, history, and relevant information.
• Coordinates daily work with the team and maintains cleanliness.
