Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Per Diem CRNA to provide safe anesthetic experiences for assigned patients under the guidance of the attending surgeon. Qualifications

• Current Washington State Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License.
• Current NBCRNA certification.
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond to stressful or emergent situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe general and regional anesthesia for assigned patients under supervision.
• Meet established surgical standards and manage anesthesia supplies and equipment in the OR.
• Promote teamwork with OR personnel, physicians, and other departments.
• Demonstrate expertise in anesthesia administration and management.
• Adhere to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices; ensure patient safety and outcomes.
