Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Per Diem CRNA to join our dedicated anesthesia team. You will provide safe general and regional anesthesia under the guidance of the attending surgeon and help meet surgical standards in the Operating Room. The position covers OR services at St.

Clare Hospital, St. Anthony Hospital, Gig Harbor Day Surgery, and Franciscan Digestive Care Associates - Endoscopy, with cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Robotic surgery, Podiatry, Urology,

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Registered Nurse License and ARNP License.
• Active NBCRNA certification.
• DEA with full prescriptive authority.
• Strong knowledge of current anesthesia practices and procedures.
• Aptitude for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond appropriately in stressful or emergent situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe general and regional anesthesia under surgeon guidance.
• Meet surgical standards and manage anesthesia supplies and equipment in the OR.
• Promote teamwork with OR staff, physicians, and other departments.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for coordinated care.
• Stay current with research and best practices in Anesthesiology.
