Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Per Diem CRNA for our new Surgery Center of Naples in Naples, Florida. The role covers diverse case assignments including Cardiology, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, and more, with pre-anesthesia assessment and patient counseling.

Responsibilities include consent, discussion of anesthetic options and risks, anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence, plus monitoring and clinical interventions as required.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Case assignments across multiple surgical specialties (Cardiology, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Cosmetics, Endo/EGD, Urology).
• Pre-anesthesia assessment.
• Obtain and/or verify patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition.
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed.
