Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia in Naples, FL is seeking a 1099 CRNA for the Surgery Center of Naples. This ambulatory center offers a team-based environment and a competitive hourly rate of $180.

You will provide comprehensive anesthesia care across cases such as cardiology, ENT, general, orthopedics, and more, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, discuss plans with patients, manage induction through emergence, monitor physiologic status, and support clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license and graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
• Provide own malpractice insurance coverage for full State Limits.
• Provide Articles of Incorporation for either an "S" Corp or "C" Corp.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
