Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Per Diem Anesthesiologist for the Surgery Center of Naples in Naples, Florida. The role offers an hourly rate of $300 with fully paid malpractice insurance and flexible scheduling across cardiology, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pain management and urology procedures.

The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified, hold a Florida medical license (or be eligible), and have completed an Anesthesiology

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure in Florida (or eligible).
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
