Job summary

Mass General Brigham is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) on a per diem basis for our Main Campus in Boston, MA. This role focuses on providing anesthesia services, reviewing medical history, and maintaining patient safety throughout perioperative care in a large academic center.

The CRNA must hold NBCRNA certification, a Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia, and BLS/ACLS. Experience of 0–1 year is preferred; RN licensure in Massachusetts is desirable.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia required.
• CRNA NBCRNA certification required.
• Mass RN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 0-1 year CRNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and anesthesia plan.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures.
• Document continued CRNA registration and patient data.
• Place IVs, A-lines, central lines and perform regional techniques.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and OR staff in a fast-paced team.
