Roxborough Memorial Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for per diem coverage in Roxborough, PA, with occasional shifts at Lower Bucks Hospital. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive per diem compensation, and cross-site opportunities within a growing regional system.

The position emphasizes patient safety, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a variety of surgical cases across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification is required.
• Active Pennsylvania RN/APRN and CRNA licensure (or eligibility) is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience preferred; strong new grads may be considered.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Lower Bucks Hospital for additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical, procedural, and diagnostic cases.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safe recovery post-operatively.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff.
• Respond to urgent and emergent anesthesia needs when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support patient safety, quality improvement, and departmental initiatives.
