North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks per diem CRNAs for Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center in Niagara Falls, NY. You will join a dedicated anesthesia team delivering safe, high-quality care across diverse surgical cases, with a collaborative care-model approach.

The position offers per diem rates of $195/hour (W-2) or $210/hour (1099), with fully paid malpractice insurance and leadership development opportunities.

Formación

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
