Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking CRNAs for a daytime-only opportunity at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center in Niagara Falls, NY. The team delivers anesthesia care across general, vascular, GI, orthopedic, neuro, gynecologic, urology, and plastics procedures in a high‑quality perioperative setting, with a collaborative care model.

The role includes pre‑anesthesia evaluations, developing anesthetic plans, and managing induction through emergence with continuous patient

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

The Medical Center offers a full range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and laboratory and imaging services in the Niagara Falls campus as well as its outpatient facilities. Our physicians work collaboratively with nurse anesthetists in a care team model. Case Assignments & Schedule

• Schedule: The CRNA position is a daytime-only position.
• General and vascular surgery, gastrointestinal and colorectal cases, orthopedic, neurology & spine, gynecology, urology, and plastics.
