Job summary

Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY seeks a per diem CRNA to join North American Partners in Anesthesia. You will provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases and participate in pre-op evaluations and planning with patients and teams.

Per diem schedule with competitive hourly rates and ongoing clinical leadership support, working within a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
