Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a credentialing and enrollment professional for a per diem position in New Jersey. You will manage end-to-end provider credentialing, liaising with providers, insurers and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate enrollment and uninterrupted reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Experience in provider credentialing and/or enrollment preferred; alternative is 3 years in healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Strong communication, organization, and accuracy essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of accreditation and insurance rules; audit provider files to prevent lapses.
• Review credentials, licenses and certifications for regulatory compliance.
• Research processes across 24 payer platforms for accuracy and efficiency.
• Update health plans and systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate end-to-end enrollment with group billing entities to protect revenue.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for payers to support cash flow.
• Resolve claims submissions and denials with Revenue Cycle Operations.
• Manage onboarding timelines with credentialing software; track milestones.
• Follow up on enrollment issues; maintain logs and spreadsheets.
• Serve as liaison between providers, leadership, and insurers to expedite enrollment.
• Communicate with insurers about day-to-day credentialing and billing questions.
• Enter provider data across multiple systems to ensure data integrity.
