Silver Health Care Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, delivering hands-on therapy to help patients regain independence.

The role involves assessing patients, conducting daily therapy sessions, and maintaining thorough records while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Valid state license to practice as a COTA.

Responsabilidades

• Assist occupational therapists in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Conduct daily therapy sessions, using a variety of techniques and equipment to promote patient independence and function.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address patient goals and needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
• Participate in in‑service education and professional development programs to stay current with industry best practices.
