East Ridge Village is seeking a Per Diem (PRN) COTA- Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. New graduates welcome!

Provide comprehensive therapy under supervision, assist OT with patient referrals, and document progress and MD orders in accordance with state guidelines. Responsibilities include attending meetings and fulfilling duties as assigned by the supervisor or regional manager.

Formación

• Must have current COTA license.
• New Grads Welcome!

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of an OTR and according to state guidelines.
• Assist OT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain the co-signature of the OTR.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertification, and discharges.
• Assist with other documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.
• Attend facility and rehab meetings when indicated by the supervisor.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the department supervisor, lead therapist, or regional manager
