Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem coverage in Naples, FL (ZIP 34109). Must be a COTA to apply. This SNF and long-term care setting offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized plans, document to regulatory standards, and coordinate with care teams. Competitive pay and ongoing professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification (as required by state).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
