Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Per Diem role in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a COTA license and NBCOT certification to practice
• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited OT program is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
