Job summary

Gulfport Nursing Center in Pasadena, FL is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a per diem basis.

You will assist therapists with treatment plans, conduct evaluations and activities to improve residents' independence, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with the OT team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or related field.
• Current Florida COTA certification.
• Experience in the field of occupational therapy.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if needed.

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and interventions to improve residents' function.
• Provide educational and therapeutic activities to promote independence and mobility.
