Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist OT in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and plan/implement treatment programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Provide education to families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals on OT techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and treatment plans.
