Job summary

Rehabcentre is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Willow Creek Health Care Center in Missouri. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to assist residents in achieving their highest level of functional independence.

Your responsibilities include providing direct patient care, documenting treatment progress, and communicating effectively within the interdisciplinary team. The position comes with a pay range of $42–$44 per hour, offering a rewarding opportunity in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered COTA license in California.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Document daily treatment notes and resident progress.
• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education.
