Schedule: Monday - Friday, with flexible hours. You will support delivery of high-quality OT services and help residents regain independence.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care per state and facility guidelines
• Monitor and document resident progress; report changes to the OT
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
