Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited program.
• 15 hours of college credit from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years in an administrative assistant role and front-facing customer service experience either business-to-customer or business-to-business.
• Intermediate level skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Accurate typing at a minimum speed of 30wpm.
• Proven critical thinking skills.
• Proven to be detail oriented and organized.
• Proven excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the corporate accounts department in cross-functional roles.
• Provide coverage for the Concierge Specialist, Outreach and Enrollment Specialist, Corporate Accounts Specialists, Special Accounts Coordinators, Quality Assurance Analysts and Corporate Accounts Billing Coordinator and Executive Assistant as needed.
• Assist in ensuring smooth operation and coverage across the corporate accounts team.
