Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED from an accredited program.
• 15 hours of college credit from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years in an administrative assistant role with front-facing customer service experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word skills.
• Accurate typing at a minimum speed of 30 wpm.
• Proven critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to interface with all levels of customers internal and external, medical staff and management personnel.
• Associates degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Medical Terminology.
• Working knowledge of all business software.
• Proven ability to handle a variety of tasks with speed, attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate accounts department in cross-functional roles.
• Provide coverage for Concierge, Outreach and Enrollment, Corporate Accounts Specialists and related roles.
• Assist with Quality Assurance Analytics and Corporate Accounts Billing coordination.
• Support Executive Assistant tasks as needed.
