Palm Point Behavioral Health is recruiting for a Per Diem Cook.

Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74-bed behavioral health hospital located in Titusville, Florida, minutes from Cape Canaveral. It treats adults, children, and adolescents with various behavioral health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, and substance abuse, in a modern facility. The hospital offers inpatient treatment options serving Brevard County and beyond. The Cook is responsible for maintaining proper food production principles and related activities. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking foods according to the menu, consulting with supervisors about leftovers and menu adjustments, managing inventory accurately, and maintaining high standards of food handling and cleanliness. The Cook works collaboratively with department staff to provide quality food, nutritional, and environmental services to patients, visitors, and staff, supporting their healing and well-being. Tasks involve facilitating food services and nutritional support for patients, employees, and visitors.
