Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and personal care as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols and nursing policies are followed during transport.
• On days with no scheduled appointments, assist with other nursing department tasks and patient care.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and document incidents.
