Alameda Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Perth Amboy, NJ is seeking a Transport Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on a per diem basis. The role focuses on safe patient transport to appointments and assisting with basic care when schedules permit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Patient Transport: Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments with comfort and safety.
Patient Assistance: Aid with mobility, positioning and personal care as needed.
Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and patient care policies during transport.
Collaboration with Nursing Department: Take on other duties when no appointments are scheduled.
Documentation: Maintain accurate transport schedules and patient records.
Team Support: Work with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth care delivery.
