Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification and registered with the State CNA Registry.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Listens to shift report and collects data to complete assignment.
• Reviews care plan and nursing care orders.
• Performs vital signs and weights, and chemstrips where indicated.
• Performs hourly rounding on all assigned patients for turning, repositioning, and toileting as needed.
• Documents care given in electronic medical record.
