Job summary

Valley Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for per diem daytime coverage at War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Springs, WV, with a third shift. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Registry as Certified Nurse Aide required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required prior to orientation.
• Must be listed on the registry of the Board of Nursing as CNA in VA and/or WV depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine personal care duties for patients under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain a safe environment and report any problems.
• May act as a preceptor for new CNAs after gaining experience.
