Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform resident care activities including daily living tasks.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide vital sign monitoring and report changes.
• Assist with mobility and transportation of residents.
• Record care, intake/output, vital signs, and other notes per policy.
• Respond to call bells and alarms promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Assist with examinations and treatments as directed.
