Responsibilities

• Take and record patients' vital signs.
• Measure and record patients' fluid intake and output.
• Provide daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Assist patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
