Job summary

Harmony Health Center in Kendall, FL is seeking compassionate Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care and support to residents. CNAs assist with daily living activities, promote comfort, dignity, safety, and independence while following care plans.

Responsibilities include helping residents with toileting, bathing, meals, vital signs, and reporting changes to nurses. Must hold Florida CNA certification and work as part of a caring team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with toileting, bedpan use, bathing, showers, hygiene, and other activities of daily living.
• Turn, reposition, and safely transfer residents between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
• Serve meals and assist residents with eating, following their dietary needs.
• Measure and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Listen to residents’ concerns and promptly report changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
• Follow safety practices and residents’ care plans.
• Complete required documentation before the end of each shift.
