Job summary

Beloit Health System invites qualified CNAs to join Riverside Terrace on a Per Diem basis. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate documentation, and effective communication with residents, families, and nurses to maintain safety and dignity for every resident.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin CNA certification and active listing on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Must complete required medication training course.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment.
• Observe, report, and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Provide dining support and meal service as needed.
• Encourage independence while offering appropriate assistance.
