Job summary

Beloit Health System has Immediate Opportunities for Personal Care Attendants/Certified Nursing Assistants to join Riverside Terrace. You will provide direct resident care, support daily living activities, and help maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Medication training course completion.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility aid usage.
• Observe, report, and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Provide dining support and assistance with meals.
• Encourage independence while offering appropriate help.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Support resident engagement and social activities.
• Communicate with residents, families, nurses, and the healthcare team.
• Follow infection prevention and confidentiality guidelines.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
