Job summary

Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our per diem team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, and support our residents with compassionate, personalized attention.

Current PA CNA certification required; prior long-term care experience preferred. Flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current PA CNA certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or related field preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), hygiene, and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care.
• Demonstrate a commitment to residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
