Job summary

Alvita Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for private duty client care in New Haven to Hartford County, CT. The role offers part-time and per diem hours with day and night shifts, including weekends as a plus.

The position requires CT CNA certification and 6–12 months of CNA experience; memory care, palliative, ADL, and transfer experience are a plus. Weekly pay via direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certificate in Connecticut.
• 6–12 months CNA experience.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Must complete onboarding and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per the client care plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid CNA certificate in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant CNA experience
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong patient care skills with the ability to provide compassionate and quality care.
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care process to accept cases

DETAILS:

• Flexible Hours! Part-time, & per diem schedule options are available
• 6,8-12 hours : Day and Night shifts also available
• M-F availability is nice, but weekends are a plus!
• Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, and transfer experience are all a plus
