Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. is seeking a Per-Diem Clinician II to join our New Britain program.

Located at 233 Main St., New Britain, CT, the role supports multidisciplinary teams delivering assessment and therapy for adults, children and adolescents with behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in behavioral health, CT licensure, and experience with DSM-5 diagnosis and evidence-based therapies.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral health (psychology, social work, counseling, MFT, addiction counseling)
• Connecticut license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/Ph.D./LADC) as applicable
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; valid CT driver’s license

Aufgaben

• Conduct intake assessments with DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment recommendations
• Provide individual, family and/or group treatments using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with other providers and coordinate referrals
• Respond to crises and triage appropriately
• Ensure timely documentation and reimbursement submission
