Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Associates license (MFTA, PCA, LMSW) required; eligible for LCSW/LMFT/LPC.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive intake assessments and diagnoses.
• Provides individual/family/group treatment using evidence-based practices.
• Responds to crisis situations and triages to appropriate services.
• Completes timely documentation and coordinates with providers.
