Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist, Per Diem to provide high-quality behavioral health services at the Onsite Sisters Clinic. Primary responsibilities include group therapy coverage and occasional 1:1 sessions for adults and adolescents, ensuring continuity of care.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree, Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT), and is committed to supervision and professional growth through Guidelight's supervision program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid independent state licensure in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified timeframes and with proper thoroughness.
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.

Title: Clinical Therapist, Per Diem

Reportsto: Executive Director

Department/Location: Onsite Sisters Clinic

FLSA Status: Non - Exempt

PRN Therapists are expected to work a minimum of 8 hours per month. Primary responsibilities will include providing coverage for group therapy; however, there may be occasions when individual (1:1) session support is needed based on client needs and clinical presentation. Will work with both the adult and adolescent population.

*Independent licensure in the state of Colorado required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

Role Summary:

The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure.

Role Responsibilities/Competencies:

• Conduct psychologicalandbiopsychosocialassessments and evaluations todetermineclients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plansto create a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensiveandcontinuityofcare.
• Completes suicide risk assessment within identifiedtime framesand withappropriate thoroughnessand scoringwhile consulting with clinical leaders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsdetermininglength of stay and level of care.
• Assess andidentify community resources based onclientsneeds during treatment/ aftercare planning.
• Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issueswhile building supportive and trusting relationships
• Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high-quality care.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

Required Qualifications:

• A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• ValidIndependentstate licensurein the state applicable(Addappropriate acronyms)
• If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state-specific supervisory requirements.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Pay Range: $38.70 — $51.42 USD
