Title: Clinical Therapist, Per Diem
Reportsto: Executive Director
Department/Location: Onsite
FLSA Status: Non - Exempt
PRN Expectations: PRN Therapists are expected to work a minimum of 8 hrs. per month and a maximum of 10 hrs. per week. Primary responsibilities will include providing coverage for group therapy; however, there may be occasions when individual support is needed based on client needs and clinical presentation.
Experience with group therapy required
Accepting applications from Associate and Independently Licensed Therapists. Independent licensure in the state of Colorado is highly preferred (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). Please note that we are unable to provide clinical supervision for Associate Licensed Therapists in this per diem position.
The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure.
